At Blue Brick Steak House, we age our meat directly at the shop. Our dried aged meats include T-bone steaks, rib-eye steaks, sirloin steaks, and beef tongue. We also have a full selection of wild game meat (*the recommended item changes daily) and seafood entrees. By all means, please stop in and savor a superb steak.
