Bentenjima Fireworks Festival

📅Date & Time: Saturday, July 5, 2025, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📍Location: Bentenjima Seaside Park (Chuo Ward, Hamamatsu City)

🚃Access: Take the JR Tokaido Line to Bentenjima Station. It’s a 3-minute walk from the station.

Shingu Shrine Summer Festival

📅Date & Time: Saturday, July 19, 2025, 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM

📍Location: Izumidaira Shingu Pond (Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City)

🚗Access: About 50 minutes from Hamamatsu-Hamakita IC on the Shin-Tomei Expressway.

Atagoyama Tezutsu Fireworks

Tezutsu Hanabi is a type of firework where gunpowder is packed into a bamboo tube and launched while being held by hand.

📍Location: Atago Shrine (Iwata City)

🚌 By bus: From the North Exit of JR Iwata Station, take Entetsu Bus No. 80 bound for Mitsuke. Ride for about 8 minutes, get off at “Mitsuke”, and walk about 5 minutes.

Enshu Arai Tezutsu Fireworks (Suwa Shrine Dedication Fireworks)

Tezutsu Hanabi is a type of firework where gunpowder is packed into a bamboo tube and launched while being held by hand.

📍 Location: Arai Junior High School (Kosai City)

Akiha Shrine Dedication Fireworks Festival (Tezutsu Hanabi)

Tezutsu Hanabi is a type of firework where gunpowder is packed into a bamboo tube and launched while being held by hand.

Kashima Fireworks Festival

📍Location: Tenryu Riverside (Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City)

Sanaru Lake Fireworks Festival

📅Date & Time: Saturday, August 2, 2025, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📍Location: Sanaru Lake (Chuo Ward, Hamamatsu)

🚌Access: From JR Hamamatsu Station Bus Terminal, (North Exit, Platform 3), take the No. 9 Kaketsuka–Sanarudai Line (bound for Medical Center). The ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at “Sanarudai 5-chome”.

⚠️Note: The west side of Sanaru Lake will be closed to the public on the day of the event.

Omaezaki Minato Summer Festival 2025

Urakawa Fireworks Festival

Mikkabi Fireworks Festival

📍Location: Over Lake Inohana (Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu City)

🚌Access (by bus): From JR Hamamatsu Station Bus Terminal, (North Exit, Platform 15), take the bus bound for Mikkabi. The ride takes about 80 minutes. Get off at the “Ushi” stop and walk about 10 minutes.

Nakabe Festival “Jiware” Fireworks Festival

Haruno Keta Summer Evening Fireworks Festival

📍Location: Riverside area of the Keta River near the Shinketa River Bridge and the pedestrian zone in the local shopping district (Tenryu Ward, Hamamatsu City)

Sakuma Fireworks Festival

Hirakuchi Hachimangu Shrine Summer Fireworks Festival

📍Location: Hirakuchi Hachimangu Shrine (Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu City)

🚌Access: From JR Hamamatsu StationBus Terminal, (North Exit, Platform 12), take the bus bound for Sun Street Hamakita. The ride takes about 50 minutes. Get off at “Sun Street Hamakita” and walk about 9 minutes.

Iwata Summer Fireworks Festival

📅Date & Time: Saturday, August 23, 2025, 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📍Location: Fukude Fishing Port (Iwata City)

🚗Access (by car): About 20 minutes from either Iwata IC or Fukuroi IC on the Tomei Expressway.

🚌Shuttle Bus: Shuttle service is planned from JR Mikuriya Station. (Details are currently undecided)

Kasuisai Oku-no-in Fudoson Grand Festival

📅Date & Time: Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 6:45 PM

📍Location: Kasuisai Temple (Fukuroi City)

🚌Access: From JR Fukuroi Station, take a bus bound for Enshu-Morimachi (both via Kasuisai Iriguchi) or Keta (both via Kasuisai Iriguchi). The ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at “Kasuisai Iriguchi” (Kasuisai Entrance).
