Hananomai Brewing, the top brewer in Shizuoka Prefecture, launched a sake-making tour in February. Participants will squeeze the moromi (fermentation mash) in the last phase of the brewing process, bottle the product, make their own sake, and take it back home. They can also visit the brewery that produces ginjoshu while learning about tasting and pairing sake. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the deep world of sake brewing.
