This long-standing shop opened during the Meiji Period in 1892. Please enjoy our exquisite unaju, a lacquered box containing rice topped with broiled unagi (eel). The carefully selected eels are first slowly steamed. Then the chef dips them in a special secret sauce before carefully cooking each individually over a binchotan charcoal grill.
