Keisuke Kinoshita Memorial Museum

Keisuke Kinoshita is a film director who elevated the golden age of Japanese film. He was also born and raised in Hamamatsu. The museum exhibits documents related to his career and achievements. The building itself was designed as the Hamamatsu Bankers Association by Yoshihei Nakamura, a Hamamatsu-born architect. It is designated a tangible cultural property by Hamamatsu City.
