Surrounded by the magnificent natural scenery of Higashi Kurumeki in Inasa Town, Hamana Ward, Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Renri to Ishi no Ie is a unique cottage perched on a mountainside overlooking Miyakoda River Dam and Lake Inasa.

The greatest appeal of Renri to Ishi no Ie is its one-of-a-kind location, surrounded by magnificent natural scenery.
About a 10-minute drive from the Inasa IC on the Tomei Expressway, a narrow mountain road leads you to Renri to Ishi no Ie.
It was designed by the late architect Shigeyoshi Sasaki, who also designed Nukumori no Mori, one of Hamamatsu’s most popular tourist attractions.

Surrounded by forest, the cottage offers a peaceful setting filled with birdsong and the gentle sound of the wind, making it easy to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind.
One of the cottage’s distinctive features is the natural stone incorporated into its exterior walls. These stones were excavated during the construction of the building and then reused in its design. By using materials from the site itself, the cottage blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings.

Overlooking the mountains, beautifully colored by the changing seasons, and the sparkling waters of Lake Inasa, this is a truly special view that can only be experienced at Renri to Ishi no Ie.
